Description: Seventh Republic. As part of the peacekeeping police force of this country there is a special 13th Division, designed to suppress the criminal activities of eccentrics and other unorthodox individuals and organizations.
The main character Hiryu Ryuka serves in this department. Despite his outstanding abilities as an officer and his problematic behavior and obsession with events in the past that caused tragedy, the top brass has decided to transfer him to Section 13.

Ryuka prefers to work alone, but after being transferred to the department by an elf woman named Clarice , put an end to his lone wolf style of work, as he was paired with a newcomer from the police school.

Ryuka spends his normal days constantly bickering with the incompetent rookie and his incompetent superiors, but everything changes when he rescues a girl who has come to the Seventh Republic seeking refuge, setting in motion a chain of events that will change his life forever.
