So, v0.13 has a focus on Kayla. There are multiple scenes with her, two new locations in the apartment (you're now supposed to walk around, but the old navigation panel is still accessible with 'Tab'), the introduction to a new shop at the mall, and a New Game customization mode that will allow you to skip content from previous versions in a very granular way.

And, as I said, you'll notice a sharp increase in performance, the result of having redesigned how the game manages NPCs, their recycling process, and culling.
