Overview
Pizza Hot! is an animated 2D side-scroller game, from the creator of LOK Rebirth (the first one). Jenny is a pure and innocent college student going to the big city to study interpretation at a top university. Things don't go as planned, and she needs to take a part-time job at a restaurant, to pay for her rent and expenses. This game is a mix of various genres, featuring an actual waitress mini-game, that will evolve into a whaky free-use sim of sorts. ^_^ But above all, it's a game about sexual discovery, slow corruption, and characters that you'll learn to love or hate.

v.0.10

v.0.9.f (cumulative from v0.8.f) (2023 Jun 20)
Added:
- Mr. Humper events at home (around four, see details in Discord server).
- Kitchen cleaning.
- Toilet interaction.
- [Technical] Reload Scene button. It can be used to load the current scene again. Use it only in case of getting stuck at the start of a scene. It's not a reset. Do NOT use it in normal gameplay.
- [Technical] v0.8 save-compatible.
- [UI] Saved game buttons now show their game version in the list.
- [UI] New send Bug Report button in the Esc Menu (same effect as pressing F1).
Changed:
- Drinks and dirty plates can be restocked/removed OUTSIDE your work shift, regardless of their remaining quantity.
- Chats with the Boss give 5 relationship points (once per chat topic), up from 3.
- Faster walk speed in restaurant, even outside work.
- [Technical] Real-time stat capper. Any stats outside their supported range, in the current game version, will be reverted to the max/min value (larger values don't make sense because there's no content created for them).
- [Technical] Made look/no look commands transactional, to avoid them getting lost with fast skipping. Please, report any weird look or facing behavior.
- [Technical] Replaced all function actions for the built-in action of the newest PM version.
- [Technical] Default NPC pool reduced from 16 to 12. This should make initial game load and sleep transition a bit faster.
- [Technical] Reload Scene button will now also reset all NPCs in the pool, for good measure. It'll take more time than before. Note you still can't use this for save-scumming. Do that and you'll break your game.
Fixed:
- Dirty plates container staying on Jenny's hand if you click on it at the end of work.
- Tray missing the next work day, if loading a game while restocking drinks/cleaning plates.
- Room inaccessible after talking with Kayla at night (verified fixed this time).
- Character legs/arms staying in weird positions for the remainder of the playthrough. This rarely happens, only when skipping with Ctrl (fix partially verified).
- Didn't get $10 when skipping work.
- Some really important logic machines stopping due to more than 1000+ variables stored.
- Racing condition with conversations starting and stopping in the same frame (this was BIG and probably behind a lot more problems, present and past).
- Monologue incoherency when going out for the first time with new bottoms (she says "Also..." in the beginning).
- "Huh, no, not really." as exit dialogue option, even after having talked with the Boss.
- Boss chats could be repeated every day and keep earning relationship points (not intended).
- Incorrect relationship stat negative change formula (could reduce stats more than the intended value).
- Clipping through door when using light switch at room.
- Some typos/grammar mistakes.
- [Technical] A new NPC unnecessarily being generated from time to time, when pedestrians are present in the scene (this generated ocassional 'hiccups'/momentary 'freezes').
- [Technical] Incorrect NPC name check for pre-existing instances during NPC generation (could lead to duplicate NPC IDs, aka. not good).
- [UI] Added support for general news showing in the title screen.
- [UI] Hotspot graphics remaining highlighted after being clicked.
- [UI] Hotspot labels remaining on screen after being clicked.
- [UI] Full-screen toggle is not Ctrl+Enter, it's Alt+Enter. Corrected the text in the help panel.
Known Issues:If you use a non 16:9 aspect ratio screen, you should play the game in windowed mode (Alt+Enter) to avoid aesthetic issues. Full support for ultrawide screens is not planned in the short/mid term.
Camera follow in Restaurant doesn't catch up well with the MC, with high frame rates (80+ FPS).
I disabled the way to throw items for the time being. Take care to not get stuck with unused items.
Faulty tray logic if taking more than two drinks at a time.
