When switching from the Russian version to the English, the text does not appear (Thanks for the way lf2mr)

1. Delete the game settings in which the game language is saved. These are the files in the game game saves persistent and on the disk where the Windows folder Users computer name AppData Roaming Renpy Harem Hotel-1520575859 persistent is installed

2. Through the console in the game - copy the tiny archive and file from this archive to the game in the Renpy Common dad, then start the game and press Shift-o (English story) and enter the command preferences.language = None

Both previous options return the missing text, it becomes the original English, but you can just make the current (0.9.1) version with the Russian incomplete language:

3. We need a folder with all the files from the previous version of the game 0.8.2 game tl rus, which you need to drop into the current version of the game there. Then instead of the missing text in the game appears Russian. But problems are possible, since the translation is not complete from the previous version and for this I advise you to copy another file from 0.8.2 game screens.rpyc, this file is responsible for the menu in which we need to switch the language, which is not in the current version games. Replacing this file in the game settings, a choice of language appears and in case of problems with the Russian language, you can always change it to English.
And you can even play with the save from the Russian version:

4. To do this, you need to replace the version of the renpy engine, which for some unknown reason differs in the Russian version from the original English, which causes problems for the players ... In general, you need folders from the Russian version Renpy and lib, which you need to throw into the current version of the game, having previously deleted the same folders from there. As a result, the save from the Russian version will be loaded, and not an error for missing functions

Features:
This mod adds an in-game walkthrough for every character and event in the game Harem Hotel! The walkthrough menu contains dynamic guides that let you track your progress for each character and see the requirements needed to trigger their scenes and advance their story.

A cheat menu has also been added which has cheats that allow you to set your money to $99999, maximize your stats with all girls, unlock all outfits & toys, and more.

I've also made a few other improvements to the game such as:
Adding 11 new custom scenes that I've made
Adding 23 new custom art wallpapers to the in-game computer
Adding a playable in-game piano to the hotel lobby
Restoring Kali's removed cafe exhibition scenes to the game
Restoring Kate's old riddles to the game
Making the UI cleaner and more readable by using a better textbox and font
Probably some other cool stuff that I forgot to include here

New custom events/scenes:
Type the code "lain" into the PC to activate the new scenes.
Quest #1: The goth girl is jealous of you and Ashley, and has something planned to get you to notice her. Complete Ashley's story then choose "Talk" at her door to start Juliet's quest.
Quest #2: Emma wants you to take her to the beach. She will come to your room when the twins are level 14 or higher.
Quest #3: Autumn has been having some naughty dreams lately. Maybe you can take advantage of this somehow? Complete Autumn's story to begin her scenes.
Quest #4: Once at least 50 days have passed, click on the stairs in the lobby and go to the new piano added by the mod for a short scene.
Quest #5: Once at least 100 days have passed and Android has joined the hotel, visit the lobby for a short scene.

PC&Android:
Unzip the mod and put the folder named "game" from the mod in your "Harem_Hotel-v0.14.1-pc" folder.

Mac:
Unzip the mod ; Right click your HaremHotel app ; Click "Show Package Contents" ; Open the "Contents/Resources/autorun" folder ; Hold the Option key and drag the folder named "game" from the mod into the "autorun" folder ; Click merge & replace
