Overview

A small, remote island in the Pacific Ocean, Chiu Island

The island has developed rapidly in recent years as the government and corporations have turned their attention to its rich tourist resources.
One day, however, the island suddenly turns into a lawless zone.
The police force is decimated by the appearance of "Okashima," the worst of the worst criminals.
Pathways connecting the various towns have been cut off, and the island has become a place where criminals roam.

Paco, a rookie policeman assigned to the island, struggles daily to save the city from becoming a lawless zone.
