COM3D2 is kind of an extension, but it's also an extension for CM3D2. You can play it without any problems without installing CM3D2, but by installing it, you can transfer the maids from CM3D2 to COM3D2 and transfer all the DLC costumes to COM3D2.

In terms of the story, your uncle is once again tricking you into taking over another debt-filled Empire Club, so you'll need to do it successfully or you risk losing your old club.

■ Main features of the game (COM3D2):
-You start the game with 3 maidens, and each has a fixed personality (you can still edit the maid's appearance) unique to COM3D2, which means adding 3 new personalities: Pure (Muku), Serious (Majime) and Rindere. Note that while you can create other maidens with these personalities, later on, only the three you get at the beginning appear in story events.
-Ability to build objects: you can customize your club by creating objects in which your maids can work, and/or by opening these objects as a venue for nightly service. Note that in order for objects to be considered working, you need to have maids working on them (games specify how many maids must work on that object), and if you have fewer than the required number of maids working on that object, the job will automatically fail.
-Guest mode: a new feature which allows you to serve your maids from the point of view of an empire club client (basically like the VIP events from CM3D2, but with the theme of serving the maids as a client) , you can access the guest mode from the main menu (before starting the game), after which it will ask you to save a file from which you can download the maids.
-While in this mode, you can play as a client or a master (which makes the maid serve him as if he were a client)
-You must have appropriate objects built to view events. For the client, this is the hotel room, Soapland, and SM, and for the master, the hotel room, Spa, and SM.
-New events for this mode are unlocked as follows: for client events it is based on preference of maid to client (increased by 4 for each session with that maid) and number of calls to that maid. For master events, it is based on the current relationship the master has with that maid in the main game.
-Events have a certain number of mandatory characteristics that a maid must get in order to perform them, also some of them will have different dialogues in some parts depending on the location of the maid (e.g. masochist, likes anal, etc.)
-Casino: once you have built a casino, you will be able to access it at night. There you can play available games using special currency, which you buy with the money you get from the main game, and with the special currency you can buy unique items in the casino store. Only blackjack and slot machine games are available at the moment. You can also hire one maid as a dealer for a mini blackjack game.
Event Menu: Most minor maid events (such as relationship change events) will now be available here, rather than randomly throughout the day (in the case of daytime class levels and before/after nighttime service scenes, they will continue to trigger once the requirements for it are met, while the main story events will occur at the beginning of the day.
-New Relationship Events: All COM3D2 personalities get their own unique series of events that show how the master and maid deepen their relationship.
- The events are available in the events menu at your convenience.
-A total of 13 events unlocked at 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120 and 130 imprese.

- Unique Maid NPCs: Unique Maid NPCs are the maid NPCs you get from the main story, these maids are similar to those from CM3D2, but with some changes.
- Once you finish their mini-story, you permanently recruit them to your club.
You can make them work in any of the structures you have built, such as as maids, but they cannot perform any training activities or nightly maintenance.
- Each unique maid unlocks 8 relationship events when you increase her impression, which is available from the events menu, with 5 of them asking you a multiple answer question where, if you answer correctly, their impression will increase. (Note: unlike maid relationship events, they will not change the relationship with a unique maid).
-After you finish doing all 8 events, you unlock their H-event.
-NPC Maids: Service maids, or extra maids, are NPC maids that you can hire from the events menu after meeting certain requirements (such as creating a casino, creating a soap land, progressing through history, etc.). Personality-related H-Events: Each COM3D2 personality receives 2 Pure Love H-Events, which can only be performed with a maid with that personality and in a relationship with lovers. In addition to the 2 H-events of Pure love you can perform 5 H-events, however, since they are not individual, you can do them with any maid (note that some of them will require the maid to be in a trust relationship, not above or below).
Personality-specific H-events: each personality gets one unique skill in each category that matches another in the same category, but with a different dialog and a new command.
Route -NTR: After establishing a relationship between the maid and the lovers, at the beginning of the next day you get a visit from a certain client (the client will be different for each personality) who shows a great interest in your maid and plans to get closer to the maid. -NTR Block: blocks all NTR content from the game. You can enable it at the beginning of a new game (you cannot change the settings later). It blocks the following:

Maids cannot run on SM and Soapland objects (Note: this may make it impossible to run some H-events, as they may require these objects to run).

-Switch to CM3D2 Office: At the beginning of the day, you can access your office in CM3D2 with the "switch to CM3D2" button. Here you can access most of the content of CM3D2, but it will have some COM3D2 enhancements and some limitations:

-VIP events from the collaboration DLC will not appear in this mode.
-You cannot hire NPC maids from CM3D2.

■ COM3D2 also has many improvements and changes compared to CM3D2:
-■Removal of night class levels and maid exam: now instead of pumping night classes to learn new skills, the maid unlocks the night class and all skills in that class if she completes the requirements at the end of the night service session (mostly stat requirements, but some have requirements, like being a personal maid or a free maid).

-The first night service conversation no longer begins based on selecting random topics depending on the relationship. Instead, the conversation will depend on the place you choose to meet her and your current relationship with the maid.

■ COM3D2 has a lot of DLC released since its release. Here is a summary of what DLC has been released:

-Deason Pack DLC: Each of these DLCs adds an "object" (with a mini-story tied to it) to which you can assign your maids. -Club route: a new main story route that will focus on the activities of the Imperial Club. Only the trios COM3D2 (Pure, Serious, Rindere) and CM3D2 (Tsundere, Kuudere, Innocent) will participate in the club route, with each trio having its own storyline.
