First of all sorry for this lengthy setup, I tried to do them for you and have it in the app itself but it kept damaging the app due to it not recognising the DLL. Then it's also an untrusted app what we are going around with chmod -R 755 *.app, read and write access. I will try to figure out something easier later but for now it is what it is.

Pre-setup:
Unzip it if it isn't.
Go to the folder bmotv_0_5_4_b1_alpha__mac-osx with your terminal and type:
chmod -R 755 bmotv_0_5_4_b1_alpha__mac-osx.app

!!! Important - If you don't initialize it it will break
Run application -> Security prompt -> press OK

Crack:
Download the crack and copy the file.
Right click on bmotv_0_5_4_b1_alpha__mac-osx -> Show Package Content
Navigate to Resources/Data/Managed right click on Managed folder -> Paste item -> Replace

Run:
Go to Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Scroll down to “Security”
Press “Open Anyway”
