- optimized Ivy modification textures to save gpu memory
- opacity textures on foliage set to non-streaming (silhouette textures stay always sharp)

new areas:
- new warehouse interior location
- improved city market location with crowds
- new environment assets (abandoned buildings, brick walls, small props etc..)
