Description: Yoshimura Osamu, a 29-year-old hero, walked home drunk,
having tasted the green serpent because of his burdens of life--his wife had left him and his job had been fired.
On his way he met a kind and beautiful woman, Hinosaka Honoku, who tried to comfort and cheer the hero up.
Before their paths parted, she mentioned that if he needed somewhere to stay, let Osamu find her.
The hero is struck by this kindness and decides, three months later, to accept the offer.
Her house turned out to be a guesthouse, but unfortunately, Honoki herself was not there -
Instead, he meets Mitoko, Honoka's teenage daughter.
She met him hostilely at first, thinking he was the man her mother ran off with,
leaving the girl alone to look after everything and everyone.
Sympathetic to Mitoko, not to mention the fact that Osamu has decided to live in a boarding house,
the hero decides to stay and help the girl until her mother returns.
The story will touch on Osamu's past, his actions as an adult,
Mitoko's character formation with the support of the other tenants and the hero.
