1. Download using the links in the OP.

2. Extract KazokuSaimin.Eng.7z using a recent version of 7-zip. WinRAR might also work.

3. Run "kazoku_saimin.exe" with a JP locale emulator.

4. On first launch, the game will ask in Japanese if you would like to setup stuff manually or accept the default options. To select the default options, say "no" twice. No is いいえ which is the menu option on the right. Visual people.

The game is in English by default. To play the game in Japanese, delete srp_2.pac file in the game folder. A backup of this file is under /Extra/Patch_Eng_KAZOKUSAIMIN.rar
